The Project involved soft landscape construction such as surface grading, identification of contour levels, selection of suitable planting materials as the project site was closer to the sea, installation of automatic irrigation system.

The Project involved installation of soft landscape, Hard landscape and automatic irrigation system. Hardscaping works included crazy paving, various type of gravel paving, steel edging. The project also involved construction of storm water trenches and storage tank made of HDPE Tank Modules supplied by Rainsmart, Australia.

The project involved relocation of existing large and matured trees and palm rees in the construction site to approved sites provided by Qatar Foundation.
